We offer pick-up onsite at The Women’s College reception Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.
Currently we offer postage within Australia only. As the Wizzie Warehouse is run by our students, please note that we endeavour to pack and post all parcels within 5 – 7 business days.
Should you wish to purchase an item of merchandise and require it to be shipped overseas, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Where relevant, all sizing is stated in the size guide. We can offer an exchange in size but cannot guarantee that stock will still be available. Please note that postage of returned goods must be covered by the purchaser, and goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent.
Due to hygiene reasons, please note that drink bottles and reusable cups cannot be returned.
Should you wish to exchange your item in person, please contact email@example.com to arrange a time which will allow us to make sure we have replacement stock on hand, ready for you.
Returns must be received within 14 days of collection/delivery.
