The Women’s College has enhanced its facilities and scholarships through the generosity of donors since its establishment in 1892.
Maintaining a reputation for academic excellence, improving the living and learning environment and increasing access to scholarships for students of merit from diverse backgrounds are important strategic goals of the College.
The unique Pay-it-Forward program was initiated by Senior Students to encourage past Alumnae who received scholarship support to repay the amount to in turn support a future student.
Our new Langley Precinct Development is the most ambitious building and renovation program the College has undertaken in the last 40 years. Donations are sought for the new Sibyl Centre which will house a second library, tutorial rooms and performing and visual arts work spaces.
Pre-tax donations can also be made to Women’s College via Good2Give, a not-for-profit organisation which enables employees to give easily through their payroll system.
The College receives no recurrent funding from government or the university, so the provision of leading facilities and meaningful financial support for students relies on benefaction.
All donations to The Women’s College are tax deductible and we look forward to receiving your philanthropic assistance.
