Purpose: You can use this form to report any incident or concern that you believe breaches a policy of The Women’s College. You may report a general issue or one that relates to sexual harm or gender-based violence that has happened to you or someone else. This form allows you to report an incident or concern anonymously or with your name, whatever feels right to you. Your information helps us improve safety and wellbeing in the College community. We will not attempt to identify you unless you choose to provide your details. Your responses are stored securely and only accessed by authorised wellbeing staff.
