DESCRIPTION:Each current Wizzie may purchase two tickets (one for herself and one for a guest – purchase at the same time please and provide guest’s name). \nTickets are $142*  (*includes a $2 charitable donation – see details below.  Does NOT include Afters.) \nAfters tickets are $10  (link to external booking site will be provided). \n      \n      – Pres: from 5.00pm at College\n      – Bus departures starting 6pm\n      – Formal: from 7:00pm – 10.30pm (staggered arrival times)\n      – Afters: from 11pm \n\nPlease note:\n\n– Tickets sales will CLOSE at 11.30pm WEDNESDAY 15 OCTOBER – THIS IS A STRICT DEADLINE!\n– All guests must be 18+. Any guests under 18 will not be allowed into any of the venues.\n\nFurther information and T&Cs:\n\n– There are up to 20 partially subsidised tickets available\, thanks to the generosity of an alumna and the Students’ Club.  Please email Meredith Garlick\, Dean of Students\, if you would like to be considered for this: m.garlick@thewomenscollege.edu.au. The subsidised tickets are not available to guests. You need to purchase your ticket before you will be considered for the subsidy.  Subsidy will be based on need.\n– Your charitable donation will go to WAGEC.\n– IDs and wristbands will be checked at each venue.  Your wristband is also your entry into the Afters.\n– Ticket includes Pres at College and transport to the Spring Cocktail venue.\n– All venues are strictly no smoking\, no vaping.\n– RSA guidelines are in place at all venues and security is on hand to ensure they are adhered to.\n– Security retains the right to deny entry to the venue or to remove anyone behaving in a disorderly or disruptive manner.  Anyone attempting to bring alcohol or drugs into the venues will be asked to leave immediately.\n– Bathroom cubicles in all venues will be monitored to ensure access by 1 person only.\n– You are responsible for your own guest\, particularly during the Pres at College.  Your guest cannot enter College/Pres without you.\n– You must provide the name of your guest at the time of purchase. Guest tickets are strictly non-transferable.
