Prices and availability

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are Goods and Services Tax (GST) inclusive. For customers outside Australia, GST does not apply, and we will deduct the GST (one 11th of the advertised cost) before charging your credit card.

Occasionally prices may change for reasons beyond our control and in this case we reserve the right to vary advertised prices. We will contact you to confirm delivery and pricing details before processing your order.

Purchasing goods or services

Your online order is an offer to enter into an agreement with us. No agreement is created until your order and accompanying payment have been accepted and processed by us and we have confirmed this to you (by sending you a Tax Receipt or notifying you that your chosen order is not available).

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing any orders.

Registering for the purchase of goods or services

(a) You may be required to register with us in order to access certain parts of the Site(Sub Portal). Where you are required to register:

(i) you must provide us with accurate, complete and updated registration information;

Delivery, Returns and Refunds

The Women’s College uses Australia Post regular parcel post for delivery within Australia. Local customers may choose to save the cost of packing and post and collect the goods from The Women’s College. Please allow up to 4 weeks delivery in Australia from the date you received confirmation of your order.

Overseas customers will be contacted with delivery and pricing details prior to order fulfilment.

The Women’s College will take every care to ensure that your goods are delivered to you in a timely and safe manner, but does not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
Please read the Returns or Refunds policies carefully online at the point of sale for your order. These specific policies will outline the Returns or Refunds policy relating to individual goods, events, functions, accommodation and other services.

Credit Card Security

The Women’s College utilises a technology called SSL3 (Secure Sockets Layer) including 128bit encryption. Your credit card details will be obtained by The Women’s College only to fulfil your purchase or booking, and will not be held. We use a secure gateway to process all transactions. Your credit card details are not used for any other purpose and will never be supplied to a third party other than the supplier of the goods or services you have purchased.

In using The Women’s College website, you acknowledge that parts of the website and parts of the Content,
